1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how 1001525932 Ontario Inc., operating as Onyt ("Onyt," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at onyt.app, including our web dashboard and public booking pages (the "Website"). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control them. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
The Onyt mobile app does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It stores only what it needs to keep you signed in on your device.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies set by the website you are visiting are "first-party cookies." Cookies set by other companies, for example for analytics, are "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies can recognize your device both on our Website and on other websites that use the same provider.
3. Why we use cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies. The Website needs these to work: keeping you signed in, securing your session, and remembering your cookie choice. They can’t be switched off in our cookie banner.
- Analytics cookies. With your consent, Google Analytics shows us how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are viewed and where visitors came from, so we can improve it. We only load Google Analytics after you click “Accept analytics.”
We do not use advertising, targeting, or social-media cookies. We do not sell information collected through cookies.

5. How to control cookies
When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the Website footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop loading Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you won't be able to sign in to the dashboard. Browser instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
6. Other technologies
We don't use web beacons, tracking pixels, or Flash cookies (Local Shared Objects) on the Website. Our transactional emails, such as booking confirmations, don't contain tracking pixels.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we add a new kind of non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent again.
